Location: Portland, OR

(LEED Platinum) This federal building is an existing 18 story of 370,000 square-feet built in Portland, Oregon in 1974. GSA is investing $139 million through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 to conduct a complete building modernization. This building received LEED Platinum rating. EPE’s tasks included design and submittal reviews, verification of equipment and system performance, development of systems manual, and review occupied operation with GSA staff within 10 months after substantial completion.
