Project Description

Portland International Airport is Oregon’s gateway to the world.  This terminal balancing project is an 830-ft long expansion of the passenger Concourse E on the airport’s north.  The scope of this project calls for the addition of six gates and 131,000-sf to the Concourse E and a reconfiguration of how the air carriers who serve the airport are organized.  Southwest Airlines has relocated to Concourse E.  This $215 Million terminal balancing project was completed in September 2020.  EPE was the sub-commissioning authority to NWESI.
